If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after this timeframe, especially if the production process has already begun.
If you realize that you've entered the wrong shipping address after placing your order, please contact our customer support immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped. However, we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed for shipment.
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or delivery issues. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
No, unfortunately we currently do not offer international shipping.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $400 within the USA. For orders below $400 or for expedited shipping options, shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. These rates will be displayed at checkout.

To be eligible for a return, your handcrafted item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

- Crafting Fee: A crafting fee of 25% will be deducted from the refund amount for eligible returns and exchanges.
